Luminescent Nanospheres
Overview:
Background interference can severely compromise the sensitivity of fluorescence-based immunoassays. One solution is to use phosphorescence. While fluorescent dyes typically have decay times of nanoseconds, our phosphorescent nanospheres may emit signals lasting up to milliseconds. Background fluorescence decays much more rapidly than phosphorescence so it can be eliminated with time-resolved fluorescent (TRF) measurement.
Size Range: 40nm to 300nm
Packaging Information:
All luminescent products are supplied as 1% solid suspensions (10mg/ml) with the exception of the 40nm product, which is supplied as a 0.5% solid suspension (5mg/ml).
